If you encounter any issues or are not fully satisfied with our services, please notify us in writing within 7 days of project completion or service delivery. We will work diligently to address and resolve any concerns you may have at the earliest.

Our team will address any issues that fall within the agreed-upon project scope or service description. This includes, but is not limited to:

Design discrepancies from approved mockups

Performance optimizations

Bug fixes
Limitations
This policy covers issues related to the services we've provided. It does not apply to:

Scope Changes: This policy does not cover changes to the project scope or additional features requested after the initial agreement or project approval.

Third-Party Issues: Problems arising from third-party services, plugins, or software that we didn't develop or explicitly recommend are not covered.

Client-Side Problems: Issues caused by client-side hardware, software, or network problems are outside the scope of this policy.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any problems resulting from modifications made by the client or unauthorized third parties are not covered.

Security Breaches: Issues arising from security breaches due to client negligence (e.g., weak passwords, sharing access credentials) are not covered.

Domain and Hosting Issues: Problems related to domain registration or hosting services, if not provided by us, are outside our control and this policy's scope.
